Mr. Sudhir Malik is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having vast experience of handling infrastructure consulting financial, fiscal and commercial matters of Corporations, State Governments, Corporate and multinationals clients. He initiated MSN Infra in the year 1995 as a corporate consulting company which graduated into multidisciplinary consulting house specializing in infrastructure projects.

Mr. Malik has successfully partnered with ULBs, Municipal Corporations, Implementing Agencies to implement projects on urban sanitation system, solid waste management, restoration of water bodies and lakes, water recycle/reuse, hospitals, theme parks and commercial complexes and social projects.

As an eloquent speaker, he has been speaking at conferences, seminars and close door meetings on financial modeling, funding infrastructure domain and Public Private Partnerships.

He has been actively organizing the conferences on major burning infrastructure issues to provide a platform for knowledge sharing.

Mr. Malik has been involved in developing project MIS, Accounting Manuals, Implementation & Monitoring of Accounting Systems, Accounting Policies for various corporate houses as well as municipal bodies.

He has been a columnist and investment analyst and has contributed in esteemed papers like The Hindustan Times, Zee (business News), Mutual Funds Insight, Business Today, Water Digest etc. He has also authored book on investment planning titled “Investment Ready Reckoner” published by Taxmann for five years.
